Maintenance and Operational Manuals

SAM Technology Engineers editorial staff provides comprehensive documented maintenance and operation manuals. We have recently provided video manuals, after recent requests from our clients-"a picture is worth a thousand words". This has proven to be a more effective medium for transferring the message to the operator.

Lifting System Accreditation

Lifting appliance accreditation complying with AS2550.1 comprising of 10 year mechanical inspection on 25 year life cycle and structural analysis. SAM Technology Engineers provides a comprehensive NDT and engineering inspection report, together with calculations with each appliance inspected. Qualified electrical, mechanical/structural engineers are employed by SAM Technology.

Expert Reports

We assist the legal profession preparing engineering reports when there is an equipment failure. The services include detailed calculations, reports and court expert witnesses.

Documented Specifications

A service offered to the client to enable them to obtain the best price from the market. Documents prepared by our staff include the commercial and technical details to enable the market to prepare a bid. Our previous experience of working to specifications results in a specification which both parties can work with.
